Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Geographic Restriction (Exclusively Within India)

Kraft Your Gifts manufactures and delivers exclusively to pincodes located within the Republic of India. We do not accept orders for international delivery or overseas export. All transactions are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Indian taxes (GST).

2. Customized & Made-to-Order Products (Strict Policy)

Custom 3D-printed name keychains, personalized photo frames, magnetic polaroid keepsakes, customized lithophane lamps, engraved gifts, and bespoke event hampers are individually manufactured to your custom text, photos, or specs.

• No Refunds for Customer Remorse: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering error once the item has been produced.
• Customer-Provided Information: Please double-check spellings, capitalization, and photos before placing your order. We are not liable for spelling mistakes, typos, or low-resolution images provided by the buyer.
• Cancellation Window: Order cancellations are permitted strictly within 2 hours of order placement by notifying our WhatsApp support (+91 74011 24000). After 2 hours, 3D printing slicing and fabrication begins, and the order is completely non-cancellable.

3. 100% Transit Safe Guarantee (Free Replacement Remedy)

We package every gift in high-density bubble wrap, foam corner protectors, and heavy corrugated boxes. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or broken during courier transit, we protect you with an instant free remake and replacement:

• Mandatory 24-Hour Notice: You must notify us on WhatsApp (+91 74011 24000) or email (kraftyourgifts@gmail.com) within 24 hours of courier delivery.
• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To prevent fraudulent claims, a single, uninterrupted video showing the courier outer shipping label and the unboxing of the damaged item is required. Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after 24 hours cannot be entertained.
• Remedy: Upon verification, we will fabricate and dispatch a brand-new replacement within 24–48 hours at zero extra charge. No cash refunds are provided for custom items; our remedy is 100% free remake and reshipment.

4. Standard Non-Customized Products (Stickers & Ready-to-Ship Decor)

For standard, non-personalized goods (such as ready-made laptop vinyl stickers, generic arcade figurines, and ready-to-ship decor):

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• Condition: The item must be completely unused, unaltered, in original packaging with seals intact.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Customer must courier the item securely with a valid tracking number to our Chennai studio.
• Restocking & Processing Fee: A nominal 15% restocking and handling fee (minimum ₹50) is deducted from the refund to cover gateway fees and inspection.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds are credited as Store Credit / Voucher or credited to the customer's original payment method / UPI within 3–5 business days after inspection.
